1.1. This document constitutes a public offer (hereinafter — the "Offer") in accordance with Articles 435 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and contains all material terms for the provision of Linglass services. The Offer is addressed to any individual (hereinafter — the "User") and governs the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Furtaev Ilya Vladislavovich, TIN 860504589900, OGRNIP 326861700021947 (hereinafter — the "Rights Holder") and the User.
1.2. Linglass (hereinafter — the "Service") is a software product for learning foreign languages, comprising a browser extension, a web application at https://linglass.app (https://learn.linglass.app), and a server-side API. The Service provides dual subtitles while watching video on supported video platforms, contextual translation, pronunciation audio, phonetic transcriptions, and spaced repetition.
1.3. In accordance with Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, acceptance of this Offer is deemed to have occurred:
Acceptance of the Offer constitutes the User's full and unconditional agreement to all of its terms. If the User does not agree with the terms, the User must cease using the Service.
1.4. From the moment of acceptance, this Offer has the force of an agreement concluded between the Rights Holder and the User.
1.5. The Rights Holder may unilaterally amend the terms of the Offer by notifying the User no less than 10 (ten) calendar days before the amendments take effect, by publishing an updated version on the Service website or by email notification.
2.1. To use the Service, the User must register by creating an account with an email address and password and confirming the email address, or by authenticating through third-party services (Google, Yandex).
2.2. The User undertakes to provide accurate information upon registration and to keep it up to date.
2.3. The User bears full responsibility for the security of their credentials (login, password) and for all actions taken using their account. In the event of unauthorized access to the account, the User must immediately notify the Rights Holder.
2.4. The Rights Holder may suspend or delete the User's account in the event of a breach of the terms of this Offer.
2.5. The User confirms that they are at least 14 (fourteen) years of age. Persons under 14 years of age may not use the Service. Persons between 14 and 18 years of age may use the Service with the consent of their legal representatives.

3.3. The Rights Holder reserves the right to modify the composition of plans, their pricing, and restrictions, with no less than 10 (ten) calendar days' notice to the User.
4.1. Payment for the paid plan is made on a subscription basis (recurring payments). The price, billing frequency, and payment methods are indicated on the Service pricing page at https://linglass.app/#pricing (hereinafter — the "Pricing Page"). The information on the Pricing Page forms an integral part of this Offer.
4.2. Payment is made in Russian rubles by non-cash transfer using bank cards and other payment methods available on the Pricing Page.
4.3. The service is deemed rendered from the moment the User is granted access to the paid plan functionality. Confirmation of service delivery is the activation of the paid plan in the User's account.
4.4. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each paid period unless the User cancels the subscription before the end of the current period. The User may cancel automatic subscription renewal in account settings at any time. Upon cancellation, access to paid features remains active until the end of the paid period.
4.5. Refunds are provided in the following cases:
4.6. To request a refund, the User sends a request to the Rights Holder's email address: support@linglass.app. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original payment, within 10 (ten) business days.
4.7. In the event of a failed automatic charge at the end of a paid period, the User is granted a grace period. During the grace period, the Service makes repeated charge attempts. If payment is not successfully collected by the end of the grace period, access to Premium features is terminated. Information about the current subscription status and relevant dates is displayed in the "Subscription Management" section.
4.8. The Rights Holder does not store or process the User's full bank card details. Payment processing is carried out through JSC T-Bank (T-Bank) — a certified payment aggregator compliant with the PCI DSS standard. The Rights Holder stores only the last four digits of the card number and its expiry date for display in the interface. The card may be removed by the User at any time.

7.1. All exclusive rights to the Service (including source code, design, logos, and the trade name "Linglass") belong to the Rights Holder.
7.2. Use of the Service does not grant the User any rights to the intellectual property of the Rights Holder, except for a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with this Offer.
7.3. Content saved by the User (words, translations, screenshots, audio clips) is the result of the User's interaction with the Service. The Rights Holder makes no claim to exclusive rights over user-generated content.
7.4. The User is solely responsible for compliance with third-party copyright when saving content (video screenshots, audio fragments, etc.) using the Service.
8.1. The Service is provided "as is". The Rights Holder does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service, or the accuracy of translations, audio, or transcriptions.
8.2. The Rights Holder is not liable for:
8.3. The aggregate liability of the Rights Holder under this Offer is limited to the amount paid by the User for the last 3 (three) months of Service use. For users of the free plan, the liability of the Rights Holder is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
9.1. To provide its functionality, the Service interacts with third-party services, including:
9.2. Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. The Rights Holder is not liable for the acts or omissions of third parties.
9.3. The Rights Holder transfers to third-party services only the minimum data necessary to provide the relevant services. A list of third parties to whom personal data may be transferred is provided in the Privacy Policy.
10.1. All disputes and disagreements arising from this Offer shall be resolved through negotiation. A pre-litigation claims procedure is mandatory; the response period for a claim is 30 (thirty) calendar days.
10.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through pre-litigation procedures, it shall be referred to the court at the location of the Rights Holder in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
10.3. This Offer is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
11.1. This Offer takes effect from the date of its publication on the Service website and remains in force until withdrawn by the Rights Holder. The agreement concluded on the basis of acceptance of the Offer remains in effect indefinitely until the User's account is deleted or the Service is discontinued.
11.2. If any individual provision of the Offer is found to be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
11.3. Failure by the Rights Holder to act upon a breach of the Offer terms by the User does not deprive the Rights Holder of the right to take appropriate action at a later time.
11.4. The Rights Holder may discontinue the Service by giving Users no less than 30 (thirty) calendar days' notice.
